Returns Policy
At Catina by AP, each piece is carefully selected and quality-checked before it is packed and sent to you.
We want you to love your jewellery and feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind / Discretionary Returns
We do not offer automatic returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, we understand that sometimes an item may not feel quite right once it arrives. In limited circumstances, we may accept a return request at our discretion.
If your return is approved, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
Approved discretionary returns are subject to a restocking fee, which helps cover handling, inspection, and repackaging.
The restocking fee is:
- $30 or 20% of the invoice value (whichever is greater)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that all discretionary returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all items before they are sent out to ensure they meet our quality standards.
In the rare event that your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
For these cases:
- No restocking fee applies
- We will cover reasonable return costs where required
Order Changes & Cancellations
As orders are processed quickly after being placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been confirmed. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
