We are unable to ship to other countries at this time.

Order Preparation Time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

This is the time we spend selecting your piece, completing our quality check, packaging your order, and preparing it for delivery.

During busier periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We truly appreciate your patience as a small brand.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery generally takes:

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 2–6 business days
  • Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are fixed and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We also offer complimentary shipping on orders over a selected amount, automatically applied at checkout.

Can my order be delivered to multiple addresses?

At this time, we are only able to ship to one address per order.

If you would like items sent to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we are happy to deliver to PO Boxes.

Delays in Transit

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is outside of our control. While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur.

If your parcel appears delayed, we recommend checking your tracking link first. If you need assistance, we’re always happy to help.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Catina by AP is not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us and we will assist you where we can.
